AxL SpA Alti Profili is selecting for a client operating in the aluminum die-casting sector:

Position: Maintenance Technician - Aluminum Die-Casting Molds

The candidate will report directly to the management and will be responsible for:

1. Assembly, disassembly, and cleaning of molds;
2. Repair of extractors, punches, pins, springs, and small damaged components;
3. Resurfacing of molds;
4. Manual polishing of molds using grinding wheels/milling machines;
5. Construction of mold components;
6. Preparing reports;
7. Managing external mold technicians.

Requirements:

• Mechanical qualification (preferred);
• At least 4 years of experience as a mold maintenance technician in aluminum die-casting companies;
• Good knowledge of measuring instruments;
• Good understanding of technical drawings and machining tolerances;
• Ability to operate workshop equipment and basic hand tools;
• Experience with manual machine tools such as milling machines, lathes, grinders, and electrical discharge machines;
• Soldering skills.

We offer:

• Full-time day shift work with possible overtime;
• Contract type and level to be discussed during the interview with the client;
• Net salary between €1800 and €2500.
