A leading optical solutions provider in Milan is seeking a Technical Marketing Manager to advance their Wavelength Selective Switch portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Electrical Engineering or Physics, client interaction experience, and a technical sales mindset. Responsibilities include meeting with clients, presenting best solutions, and working closely with the application engineering team. This position allows for a collaborative environment to drive superior results.

Competenze

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field is essential.
  • Experience in telecommunications and data centers is required.
  • Hands-on fiber optics experience is a plus.

Mansioni

  • Participate in meetings with clients to understand requirements.
  • Partner with sales team on technical needs.

We are looking for a Technical Marketing Manager to help advance our Wavelength Selective Switch portfolio. This person will be partnering with our sales team and interacting directly with clients on their technical needs.

What You Will Do In Your Role
  • Participate in meetings with the clients to understand technical requirements
  • Understanding requirement and capabilities to identify best solutions and present to clients
  • Advance sales opportunities and identifies solutions within smart modules, line cards, etc.
  • Partner closely with the Application Engineering team to gain a deep understanding of solving customer problems
  • Provides technical details and capabilities within Wavelength Selective Switch portfolio
The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements :
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or scientific area of study
  • Experience with high tech products
  • Experience serving clients for telecommunication, data center and data communications
  • Experience working directly with clients (i.e. sales, market, product development, field application)
  • Understanding of basic optical components
  • Experience of coordinating internal resources, i.e., sales, marketing, program management
What Will Put You Ahead
  • Masters in Electrical Engineer, Photonics, Optics or Physics
  • International Experience
