A leading high-end design company is seeking a back office manager in Meda, Italy. The role involves managing data flows, ensuring smooth communication with clients and other stakeholders, and requires at least 5 years of experience in the furniture industry. Proficiency in English and ideally Russian is necessary, with knowledge of a third language preferred. A permanent contract under the National Collective Labor Agreement for the Wood and Furniture Industry will be provided.

A leading High-End Design company based in Brianza (MB) is looking for a back office manager capable of working in synergy with the front office and managing the entire flow of data, documents, and information coming from outside, integrating problem‑solving skills, proficiency in office software packages, CRM, and logistics management.

The role will be responsible for organizing data and documents, archiving them, distributing them, and ensuring that company workflows are always smooth and uninterrupted. They will need to manage daily contacts between the back office and external parties (clients, architects, agents, sales officers, public authorities, and other key figures for the company) through direct written communication and phone contacts in English and Russian.

Proven experience of at least 5 years in the furniture industry – Residential Design is required. Residence in the Brianza / North Milan area, professional knowledge of English; knowledge of Russian and a third language between Spanish and French will be considered a plus. We are looking for an energetic and ambitious individual who, in addition to professional skills, has a managerial approach to work. A permanent contract is offered with the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for the Wood and Furniture Industry.
