We are looking for a Logistics Systems Specialist (WMS Super User) to support and improve our logistics operations.

The Warehouse Management System (WMS) is the digital backbone of our warehouse, managing goods movements, tasks organization, and operational efficiency. In this role, you will translate warehouse processes into system setups, support daily operations, and help design new configurations to make our workflows even more efficient.

What you’ll do:
  • Maintain, configure, and improve the WMS to reflect and support warehouse operations
  • Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Provide training and support to warehouse users, ensuring effective system adoption
  • Manage testing and system releases to keep the WMS up to date
  • Act as the first point of contact for end-user requests, coordinating with the IT Helpdesk to ensure timely issue resolution
What we’re looking for:
  • Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Analysis degree or similar field
  • Strong interest in Logistics and Warehouse Operations
  • Analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to communicate with different stakeholders
  • Ability to work in team and to develop good professional relationships
  • Excellent knowledge of Office Suite (mostly Excel and Power BI)
  • English level: B2 or higher
  • Knowledge of SQL language is a plus
