Overview

A leading luxury brand, specialized in the creation and production of perfumes, is looking for a Logistics Expert to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage shipments
• Prepare and print documentation such as delivery notes, packing lists, waybills
• Enter customer orders into the management system
• Coordinate shipments to / from suppliers
• Perform data entry and maintain export / import records
• Conduct inventory checks of warehouse materials
• Monitor and unblock export / import shipments
• Track shipment progress
• Liaise with airlines and road transport companies to ensure timely collection and delivery
• Handle dangerous goods shipments in compliance with regulations
• Support the E-commerce team using the internal management system (transport documents, invoice creation, etc.)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics / shipping
• Experience and knowledge of handling dangerous goods
• IATA and ADR certification are mandatory
• Dynamic personality with high stress resilience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Excellent English skills
• Familiarity with E-commerce platforms (Shopify, Wix) is a plus
• Accuracy, flexibility, strong analytical and communication skills
