Marketing Manager – Milan

Location: Milan City Center (Hybrid: 2 days in office)

Department: Marketing

Reporting to: Head of Corporate Marketing (based abroad)

About the Role

Kilpatrick Executive is looking for a Marketing Manager to join the team in Milan. We are seeking a versatile professional with 1–3 years of experience in marketing, ideally gained in consulting, B2B services, or hospitality. The role requires someone eager to grow, able to balance digital marketing activities with a strong focus on events and PR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate and client events in Italy and support international initiatives.
  • Manage PR activities, including media relations and external communications.
  • Contribute to the digital marketing strategy across channels (website, LinkedIn, advertising campaigns).
  • Support internal communication projects to engage employees and strengthen brand identity.
  • Monitor marketing performance and ensure alignment with corporate strategy.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across different hubs and time zones.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, ideally in consulting, B2B, or hospitality sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of event organization and public relations.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing.
  • Excellent organizational skills and proven ability in self-management.
  • Attention to detail and proactive attitude.
  • Excellent English skills (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
  • Based in Milan or willing to work from Milan city center.
