This includes tasks such as market research, property listings, client meetings, contract preparation, property viewings, and negotiations to achieve clients' goals. Agents must also conduct marketing to generate leads, manage client and property data, and maintain strong relationships with other professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with potential clients to understand their needs and help sellers determine an appropriate listing price.
  • Research local property markets, identify trends, and compare properties to establish accurate valuations and selling prices.
  • List properties for sale or rent, create marketing materials like photos and brochures, and generate leads for potential buyers and sellers.
  • Schedule and conduct property showings and open houses for prospective clients.
