A leading beverage company is searching for an in-house Legal Specialist in Italy. The role involves providing legal services, drafting contracts, and conducting compliance matters while ensuring adherence to corporate and commercial law. Candidates must have a law degree, 2-3 years of experience, and strong communication skills in Italian and English. As an in‑house Legal Specialist, you will provide a broad range of legal and compliance services, support, and counsel to several company functions and to the Italian operations.
You will be part of the Country Legal Team and will report to the Country Legal Director. The advice you provide and the services you deliver will be strategic, timely, proactive, practical, and cost‑effective, while meeting the highest legal, ethical, and professional standards.
