Overview

For our LEARNING LAB we are seeking a: LEARNING DESIGNER INTERN. Are you passionate about technology, online education and creative problem-solving? Join SDA Bocconi’s Learning Lab—our hub for research, experimentation and design of innovative teaching experiences. Work side by side with faculty to craft simulations, role-plays and interactive assessments that have an immediate impact on managers worldwide.

What you’ll do

• Design & documentation – create clear guides, presentations and storyboards for faculty and participants.
• Live support – assist in delivering webinars and virtual classrooms.
• Course setup – configure and customise online programmes and learning platforms.
• Content curation – source, upload and organise multimedia learning assets.
• User management – enrol participants and monitor their progress across tools and simulations.
• Quality assurance – test apps & platforms using checklists; generate usage and learning reports.

What makes you a great fit

• Bachelor’s degree (Humanities, STEM or Computer Science preferred); Master’s a plus.
• At least 6 months’ international experience (Erasmus counts!).
• True curiosity for digital learning, communication and emerging tech.
• Rapid self-learner who enjoys benchmarking new tools and vendors.
• Analytical mindset, proactive attitude and collaborative spirit.
• Fluent Italian and English.
• Solid command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
