Position Summary

We are looking for a Learning & Development Expert ready to take on the challenge!

The ideal candidate needs to have experience in managing training projects and optimizing interprofessional funds. The role involves designing and coordinating development programs, ensuring access to funding for continuous training and proper reporting.

The profile should promote a corporate culture focused on continuous learning and skills development, while maintaining a strong focus on cost optimization and process efficiency.

Main Responsibilities
  • Analyze training needs and define development plans aligned with company strategies.
  • Design and coordinate training courses (onboarding, soft skills, digital, compliance, etc.).
  • Manage the entire cycle of funded projects: from applying to interprofessional fund calls (e.g., Fondimpresa, Fondirigenti, FonARCom) to reporting.
  • Coordinate with the Group L&D team on international projects.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and accredited institutions for course delivery.
  • Update and manage content on the LMS platform.
  • Design, schedule, and directly manage training and development courses dedicated to InPost Italy’s management.
  • Coordinate coaching programs for the leadership team.
  • Collaborate with the Group Learning & Development team on international training and development projects.
  • Prepare reports (KPIs, budget, project progress).
  • Promote the culture of funded training within the organization.
Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resources, Training, Economics, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, with a focus on interprofessional funds and training calls.
  • Experience in designing and developing training courses and delivering them personally.
  • Knowledge of regulations on funded training and reporting processes.
  • Ability to manage suppliers.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of LMS and digital tools.
  • other languages are a plus.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with e-learning platforms and innovative methodologies (microlearning, gamification).
  • Certifications in L&D or Project Management would be considered a plus.
  • Familiarity with audit and compliance processes for funded projects.
  • Proactive ability to work remotely.
