A leading appliances manufacturer in Italy is seeking a candidate to contribute to Lean projects and promote Lean philosophy across teams. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Economics, and fluency in English. The ideal candidate should be organized, a team player, and passionate about Lean Production and Innovations.

You will have the chance to contribute with ideas and know how to some Lean projects:
5s, Kaizen, layout optimizations.. promoting across the different Groups Team as: Quality, Operations and Process Engineering.
Communicate Lean group’s philosophy, vision and expectations.
Develop and sustain employees training and development on lean concepts.
