Linguarama is a leading international organisation specialising in customized language training for business. With 17 training centres in Europe, Linguarama offers comprehensive language and communication training in the global market.

Our client base ranges from small companies to multi-national global corporations. Linguarama Milan offers both face-to-face courses and virtual classroom training supported by our own online platforms. We are now looking for a national B2B Lead Generator.

This is an in-person role located in our Milan or Turin office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the sales team to define target customers.
  • Send personalized connection requests to potential clients.
  • Set up meetings for the sales teams.
  • Create messaging content to initiate contact with new customers.
  • Engage with prospective customers by sharing, liking and commenting on relevant posts.
  • Update and keep records via our CRM tools.
Qualifications
  • Organizational talent and flexibility are among your strengths.
  • Advanced written and verbal Italian, Spanish and English skills (C1 level).
  • Previous lead generating experience.
  • Thorough onboarding for all areas of responsibility.
  • 18-20k basic salary plus commission scheme based on performance.
  • A varied range of tasks in an international environment with excellent opportunities for personal development.
