Responsibilities
  • IT Procurement: You\'ll be our go-to person for purchasing IT solutions and managing vendor relationships, optimizing costs and timelines.
  • Global IT Strategy: Help us design an IT roadmap to support our global expansion, from cloud adoption to new platform integrations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with various teams (engineering, product, operations) to understand their needs and translate them into scalable, effective solutions.
  • Optimization & Innovation: Don’t settle for “good enough”—always look for new ways to optimize performance and introduce innovations that make everyone’s life easier.
  • Budgeting: Manage the IT budget with a focus on resource optimization, without compromising on quality and speed.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure that all IT operations are always compliant with the latest global security and privacy standards.
Qualifications
  • International Experience: You’ve managed teams or projects with a global scope and know how to make things work on an international scale.
  • Lead by Example: Not only do you know how to lead, but you also get hands-on. You have solid experience in coordinating IT teams and projects with a practical, can-do approach.
  • Procurement Experience: You’re skilled in vendor negotiations and know how to get the best out of IT resources, always with an eye on the budget.
  • Strategic Thinker: You love planning and executing long-term strategies that grow the business and make our IT stack a model of efficiency.
  • Data-Driven: You base your decisions on data and aren’t afraid to test, analyze, and continuously optimize your choices.
  • Problem Solver: Challenges don’t scare you; they’re an opportunity to find brilliant, innovative solutions.
  • Technical Experience: You’re familiar with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and enterprise solutions (ERP, CRM, etc.), and know how to orchestrate it all for scalability.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is a must. If you know additional languages, that’s a plus.
  • IT Certifications: Certifications like PMP, ITIL, or similar are highly appreciated, though not mandatory.
  • Startup Experience: If you’ve worked in a startup or fast-paced environment where priorities change quickly, that’s a significant advantage.
  • Location: The ability to reach Milan office frequently is mandatory.
