A global leader in thermal comfort is seeking a Laboratory Technician HPWH in Fabriano. In this role, you will prepare and configure equipment for testing heat pump water heating systems and collaborate with engineering teams to validate and improve products. Candidates should have an engineering degree and knowledge of thermodynamics. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge technology and sustainability efforts.

Join our R&D team to test and validate cutting-edge heat pump water heating systems!
As Laboratory Technician HPWH you'll operate within the R&D WHE laboratory, collaborating with engineers and product specialists to support testing, validation, and system improvement activities.

What you’ll do:

• Prepare, install, and configure equipment for testing (HPWH units, sensors, measuring instruments, data acquisition systems)
• Perform performance tests, energy consumption measurements, heating capacity checks, and operational cycles according to defined protocols (EN 16147)
• Draft technical reports and test documentation
• Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate results and improve products
