The challenge

What you will do

You will join the TV Sales Team Haier Europe on a journey to achieve ambitious business growth and leadership objectives in the region. As KAM TV you need to be passionate, proactive, self-driven and motivated to join a team of open-minded individuals. You will be responsible for managing strategic costumer accounts at a national level, maximizing all opportunities for sales within the accounts.

The person will be responsible of:

  • Managing accounts for the company and building relationships with key personnel;
  • Networking within national accounts in order to secure all business opportunities;
  • Ensuring internal company functions giving the highest level of customer service to national accounts;
  • Monitoring incoming orders and ensuring these are fulfilled effectively;
  • Holding regular monthly meetings with internal stakeholders about key accounts;
  • Investigating and resolving queries and issues raised by national accounts;
  • Taking a proactive approach to account management;
  • Arranging meetings with all relevant decision makers within the customer;
  • Holding business reviews to assess opportunities for sales;
  • Focusing on communication and marketing activities aimed at delivering value.
What you need to succeed
Must have
  • Sales and Business Development experience and proof of this;
  • Marketing Background

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics or related field

Professional experience: 5-7 years of experience within the Consumer Electronics, especially in TV Market;

Language: Fluency in English and Italian

Soft skills:
  • Proactive and collaborative attitude, with the ability to lead cross-functional activities;
  • Clients management skills
  • Team working skills

Technical Skills: Analytical skills

Other: Familiarity with Consumer Electronic Goods markets
