A leading fashion e-commerce company in Milan is seeking a Business Development Manager to follow up on a fashion brand portfolio and develop business. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, a bachelor's degree in economics, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills are required along with the ability to analyze economic data. This role involves maintaining client relationships and developing growth strategies.

Job Description:

Follow up of a fashion brand portfolio, develop the business, and ensure the quality of submitted offers. Build client loyalty focusing on strategic brands and develop a strong client portfolio. Maintain daily commercial follow-up in Salesforce, including opportunity creation, validation, and competitive intelligence. Manage offers, select product ranges, and negotiate discounts. Ensure the quality of sales estimates and respect pre-requirements. Know the national and international markets and competitors. Develop an annual business plan with growth targets. Increase international sales with current partners. Manage supplier requests and negotiate contracts and exclusivities.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in e-commerce companies. Bachelor's degree in economics or related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Ability to analyze economic data. Good command of English and French. Willing to travel. Experience in managing fashion brands and purchasing. Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Results-oriented with a sense of responsibility. Proactive and relationship-oriented.
