Overview

Bella Sposa – Wedding & Event Planning in Italy creates unforgettable destination weddings across Italy, from the Amalfi Coast and Capri to Puglia, Tuscany, and beyond.

The Role

I am looking for the right person to join my team, someone who sees their future in the wedding & events industry and is ready to grow personally and professionally. Events can be long and demanding, but they are also incredibly rewarding as we have the joy of being surrounded by people on the happiest day of their lives, often while they’re on holiday too!

Progression Path

I believe in investing in our team. This role is designed to grow with you:

Year 1 – Wedding & Event Assistant: Support with planning, logistics, supplier communication, and on-the-day coordination.

Year 2 – Junior Wedding & Event Coordinator: Take on more responsibility, managing parts of weddings and liaising directly with couples and suppliers.

Year 3+ – Wedding & Event Coordinator: Lead weddings and manage your own portfolio of events alongside our team.

What I am Looking For

• A genuine passion for weddings, events, and hospitality
• Clean driving license (essential)
• Previous customer-facing experience (preferred)
• Flexibility, resilience, and a positive “can-do” attitude
• Willingness to travel and work long hours when required
