We are currently looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our local recruitment team based in Bologna, Italy.

As part of our team, you will help CRIF expand in Italy and build a career within an international, dynamic, and award-winning organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment cycle for various positions, from analyzing requirements and sourcing talent to onboarding qualified candidates.
• Coordinate the recruitment process through interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Provide a first-class experience to candidates and hiring managers.
• Proactively identify new candidates through various channels.
• Use sourcing methodologies and tools to attract top talent.
• Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment.
• Post job advertisements on social media and networks.
• Participate in events such as job fairs, open days, and conferences.

Must have

• 1-2 years of recruiting experience in IT, Business, or Consulting, preferably in digital, banking, or consultancy firms.
• Rich sourcing experience using traditional and non-traditional sources.
• Strong computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and LinkedIn.
• Experience supporting hiring managers in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher; additional European languages are a plus.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.
