General Responsibilities

As part of the Global Compliance & Reporting team, you will work closely with multinational clients and play a key role in delivering tax compliance and reporting services. Depending on your level of experience, your responsibilities include:

• Tax accounting: advising on the tax aspects of financial statements under IFRS and US GAAP for multinational groups and in extraordinary transactions.
• Supporting multinational groups on BEPS Pillar II projects.
• Providing assistance in Cooperative Compliance activities for multinational clients.
• Delivering recurring tax consultancy and tax compliance services.
• Supporting audit teams in tax-related aspects of client audits.
• Building and maintaining strong tax relationships with clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Identifying new opportunities and contributing to business development efforts.
• Managing and coordinating day-to-day client relationships and expectations.
• Leading and delivering tax projects with a business-oriented and technically excellent approach (Senior level).

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics.
• Good knowledge of tax regulations, financial statements, and national accounting principles.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team spirit with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Additional requirements for Senior level

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in global compliance, reporting, or tax advisory.
• Understanding of the financial services environment is preferable. Proven ability to build and manage strong client relationships. Experience managing client deliverables and coordinating project delivery. Customer orientation, commercial awareness, and ability to contribute to business development.
