Overview

Previnet S.p.A. is a leading company in the outsourcing industry, providing services (administration and IT solutions) to pension funds and to the insurance and finance sector.

Responsibilities

• Supervising the administrative tasks of the assigned clients
• Managing the member pension accounts, monitoring the flow of incoming contributions, instructing investment and disinvestment orders
• Publishing updates and information in the web-portals (hosted in-house), drafting member communications, producing regulatory reporting, liaising with a wide set of qualified stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Economics (at least three years) or similar
• A fluent English level is mandatory (excellent written and spoken), a knowledge of French or Arabic is an advantage
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Previous experience in similar fields is ideal, but not mandatory
