Junior Office Manager – Bending Spoons

Join our team as a Junior Office Manager in Milan or London and help transform our office spaces into welcoming, efficient, and inspiring environments. You will be at the centre of daily operations, contributing to the overall effectiveness of a company that strives to deliver great value to customers and shareholders.

Responsibilities

• Keep the office clean, comfortable, and fully equipped.
• Manage daily logistics, including deliveries, supplies, catering, and maintenance.
• Oversee access and safety, handling passes, emergency procedures, and security checks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve facilities issues quickly.
• Proactively enhance the workplace experience by spotting opportunities and driving creative improvements.
