What’s this job all about?

FAAC Technologies is currently looking for a Junior Industrial Controller for its headquarters in Zola Predosa, Bologna. The successful candidate will work closely with the Operations Controller and will support the calculation and analysis of standard full cost of goods sold and industrial variances analysis.

What will I be doing?

• Calculate and analyze on a monthly basis standard full cost of goods sold and industrial variances analysis (purchase price variances, labor analysis and overhead over-under absorption of the local factory).
• Perform cost calculations for the plant in Bologna.
• Support cost calculations for other plants of the Group.
• Work in collaboration with the Operations Controller on forecasts, annual operating plans and long-term plans.
• Perform variance analysis (budget vs. actual) and prepare periodic reports for management.
• Support inventory valuation processes and inventory reviews.
• Monitor cost centers, ensuring proper allocation of costs and supporting cost center managers in understanding performance and deviations.

I Might Be The One If

• Have a Degree in Business Administration or Engineering, or similar.
• Have at least 2 years of experience in the role within international companies in a manufacturing environment.
• Have good knowledge of SAP (modules FI, CO, PS) and HFM is a nice-to-have.
• Possess excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English and Italian, both spoken and written.
• Available for business trips abroad.
• Preferably have knowledge of IAS/IFRS.
