The HR Business Partner is a strategic partner to the business focusing on delivering a People Plan for nominated business areas to drive improved business performance.
As an HRBP, you will ensure alignment and successful collaboration both with sub‑domains key stakeholders and critical internal stakeholders groups (local and global HR teams in centres of expertise, enabling functions & business) in the matrix organisation.
It’s going to act as HRBP for Vodafone Servizi and Tecnologie, a Vodafone Group owned company with ~900 employees in Italy performing activities in Network and Digital & IT areas. He/she will be part of an international HR team with many opportunities to share best practices across 11 markets in Europe.

  • Business understanding
  • HR experience; generalist and/or specialist
  • Strong relationship building, influencing. Communication & coaching skills
  • Analytical, intellectual capacity and desire to learn very quickly
  • Experience of working in a global, cross‑country, matrix organisation
Must have technical / professional qualifications
  • Degree
  • Fluent both in Italian and English
  • +2 years of experience within the HR function. Experience in complex and multinational environment is a plus
  • Leadership skills and ability to manage the complexity
