Responsibilities
How You’ll Elevate Creativity
  • Support day-to-day HR topics for colleagues in our Fabriano locations: Production Sites (Fabriano, Pioraco, Castelraimondo) and Fabriano HQ, contributing to the correct deployment of key HR processes and initiatives.
  • Act as a genuine employee champion, an effective change agent and a sparring partner for our local managers, driven by the purpose of facilitating our transformational journey.
  • Support the team in managing day-to-day local Trade Union topics.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, employee experience during all life cycles and engagement, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Support all human resources operations and help ensure they are aligned with business goals.
  • Support in end‑to‑end selection and recruitment processes.
  • Support rewards process implementation – i.e., Salary review, MBO, budget – in partnership with the Compensation & Benefits team.
  • Support the Talent Development activities, training and projects implementation.
  • Collaborate with HR Generalists on payroll and administrative topics (e.g., correct cost center attribution, job titles).
  • Keep all HR systems updated with accurate data input.
  • Monitor key HR KPIs (e.g., absenteeism, turnover, overtime) and support the design and implementation of improvement actions in the plants.
The Attitudes And Skills We’re Looking For
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR functions within structured companies.
  • Degree in legal, economics, psychology and/or related fields.
  • Human Resources enthusiast.
  • Dynamic and flexible person looking for a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and motivation to work in a complex organization undergoing continuous transformation.
  • Analytical skills and KPI oriented.
  • Excellent relational skills and can work in cross‑functional teams.
  • Fluent in English.
