What you can expect:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts, providing insights into financial performance and areas for improvement.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analyses to identify trends, variances, and potential risks.
  • Cost Accounting: Oversee cost accounting processes such as product costing, variance analysis, and cost control initiatives.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant accounting standards (e.g., IFRS) and local tax regulations.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with departments like HR and sales to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

Your Profile:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in a multinational company, preferably in audit firms.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of IFRS, Italian GAAP, and advanced Excel skills. Experience with ERP systems like SAP is advantageous.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Italian is required.
  • Other Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in teams.
