Job Overview

The role provides essential administrative and operational support across purchasing, inventory management, and finance, contributing to cost control, operational efficiency, and reliable financial reporting.

The Junior Finance Administration Assistant works closely with the Finance Office and Warehouse team, supporting day‑to‑day administrative, purchasing, and financial control activities. The role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a structured and fast‑paced environment.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
  • Purchasing & Inventory Management
  • Support purchasing activities and warehouse operations
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control
  • Manage delivery schedules and coordinate with suppliers
  • Verify incoming goods and ensure correct registration in inventory and management systems
  • Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records
  • Finance & Administration Support
  • Post and register purchase invoices in the accounting system
  • Perform daily checks of receipts and revenue
  • Carry out daily verification of F&B charges
  • Support administrative reporting and documentation
  • Coordinate with Finance, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure process alignment and data accuracy.
