Key Responsibilities

• Lead the SaaS technical onboarding for new clients, including data requirements discovery and platform configuration.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders regarding troubleshooting of platform, integration, and configuration issues.
• Assist client's operations with using the DSCOVR API for CRM and HR integrations and optimizing datasets for information exchange.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Italian and English.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role (data integration, implementation, technical support) within SaaS, CRM or HR technology, or sales engagement solutions.
• Strong skill in data manipulation using ETL and SQL.
• Basic knowledge of DBT (Data Build Tool)
• Programming skills in Python
• Experience with API integrations and understanding of web technologies (RESTful).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
