Location : Lisbon, Portugal (remote work with relocation package and accommodation provided)

Your Role

• Support small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) via phone, chat, and email
• Deliver high-quality customer service in Italian and English
• Assist clients before and after sales with self-service products
• Guide users in effectively using tools and products to maximize their experience
• Identify recurring issues and proactively help advertisers resolve them

Requirements

Fluency in Italian (C2)

Good command of English (B2 minimum)

EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence permit

Strong communication and customer-focused attitude

Proactive, goal-driven, and a strong team player

Willingness to relocate to or currently living in Portugal
