Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Work as part of the L3 support team
• Develop solutions based on functional and technical specifications in change requests
• Bug fixing and enhancement of work packages and services
• Build and maintain IT solutions using Java and related technologies
• Participate in root cause analysis of incidents and effort estimation

Nice to Have Skills:

• Knowledge of Banking domain
• Experience using JIRA
• CCVB knowledge
