Versace recherche un IT Integration Specialist pour renforcer son équipe IT. Your Opportunity:

With a view to strengthening the IT department, reporting directly to the Global IT Infrastructure, Data & Technology Manager, as IT Integration Specialist you will lead and coordinate the implementation of system integrations across business units. You will manage integration projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure seamless data flow, and support ongoing system improvements. You will play a critical role in planning, executing, and managing IT integration projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with regulations.

Your Contribution:

• Lead the planning and execution of system and application integration projects;
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless data and process integration;
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including best practice and configuration;
• Identify integration requirements and develop scalable, efficient solutions;
• Manage relationships with technology vendors, ensuring they meet contract terms and deliverables;
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration workflows to ensure continuous performance and data accuracy;
• Support cross-functional teams by translating business needs into technical requirements;
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance integration efficiency and reduce operational risks;
• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy standards, and company policies;
• Mentor and guide junior team members on integration standards and methodologies.

Your Skills:

• 2/3 years’ experience in the role;
• Good knowledge of MS Office 365 suite;
• Experience in Information Management, System Lifecycle Management, IT Services and Infrastructure;
• Excellent analytical and technical skills;
• Capable of working independently, organized and accurate with solid methodological skills and high attention to details;
• Strong team player able to reach objectives and work under tight deadlines;
• Fluent in Italian & good English skills both in speaking and writing;
• Used to work in a multicultural environment;
• Experience with integration platforms such as WebMethods or MuleSoft, familiarity with API-led integration and microservices architecture, and knowledge of data transformation formats like XML and JSON.
