Metz Electronics Srl, Italian subsidiary of Skyworth Group, is urgently looking for a Human Resources Specialist (German speaker) to reinforce the European HR Department, of 2 people, located in Milan. You will be part of an ambitious, fast‑growing, international team and support all Europe with a main focus on Germany.

Main Responsibilities

• Talent sourcing: identifying and attracting candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach (headhunting).
• Screening and selection: reviewing resumes and applications, conducting initial phone or video interviews to assess qualifications, and preparing candidate shortlists.
• Interview coordination: scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers or client teams.
• Supporting payroll process, collecting attendance and non‑attendance data, and updating HR tools.
• Training and development: supporting the HR Manager on the development of career paths, training plans and performance appraisal processes.
• Policy and compliance: developing and enforcing company HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintaining updated employee records.

Key Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, Foreign Languages or similar.
• Proven knowledge of German; fluent in Italian and English.
• Previous experience of 1‑2 years as HR in an international setting (preferably German).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of Zucchetti paghe is a plus.
