Un'azienda di consulenza leader nel campo della gestione dei progetti cerca un esperto nella gestione delle interfacce tecniche per progetti complessi a Milano. La figura dovrà coordinare vari gruppi di lavoro, garantire l'integrità tecnica e gestire rischi economici e tecnici, assicurando una comunicazione efficace tra i vari attori coinvolti. È richiesta una laurea e almeno otto anni di esperienza nel settore, oltre a eccellenti competenze in giustificazione tecnica e redazione di rapporti.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree from an accredited university
• Work experience of eight (8) years in the sought discipline after earning the university degree
• Excellent spoken and written English including proven ability to write reports

Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate project technical interfaces between multiple work packages / Contractors, Drilling and Reservoir engineering to ensure compliance with schedule, consistent design basis and data set, and overall design integrity
• Ensure cost-effective integration between different packages / Contractors and between surface and subsurface activities
• Ensure technical integrity of the interfaces
• Effective interface management and control including their relevant activities, facilitating the traceability of agreements and changes, if any
• Assure technical cooperation in the team and with Contractors to minimize technical and economic risks.

Key activities:

• Liaising with all technical managers to assure alignment and consistency of design.
• Issue regular interface status reports (including progress status and identification of concerns)
• Organize and manage regular interface meetings with contractors to reduce technical and economic risks, negotiating the best solutions.
