Responsibilities

• Accountable for the execution of construction activities in alignment with company values and priorities.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and quality standards throughout all site operations.
• Coordinate and lead construction workers and subcontractors to ensure smooth and efficient site execution.
• Monitor progress and performance to meet contractual requirements and project timelines.
• Act as the communication link between field teams and senior managers, ensuring clear reporting of site status and challenges.
• Oversee the full project cycle, from site execution preparation to project handover.
• Anticipate and resolve emerging issues, promoting a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Ensure proper construction methods and techniques are applied consistently across projects.
• Support cost control efforts and contribute to budget adherence.
• Prepare internal and external reports to update stakeholders on project progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical education; a background in construction management or a related field is a strong plus.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in construction site and team supervision.
• Solid knowledge of safety management procedures, electrical systems, delivery stations, and site equipment.
• Previous experience in the wind energy sector is highly valued.
• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in the use of standard IT tools (MS Office, SAP).
