The role involves supporting classified activities in the field of Industrial Security (ex DPCM 5/2015 and subsequent modifications) at the Torino, Caselle Nord, and Caselle Sud sites, including potential responsibilities assigned by specific regulations.

• Educational qualification: Diploma
• Experience level: Junior/Expert
• Technical skills: Knowledge of national/international regulations concerning the protection of classified information; previous professional experience with direct contacts with entities/companies in Italy and abroad, and internal company units.
• Language skills: Good written and spoken English
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite
• Behavioral skills: The candidate should be discreet, able to manage emergency situations, make decisions for successful activity outcomes, reliable, precise, excellent at stakeholder relations including institutional contacts, organized, and able to work in a team.

Activities include:

• Handling activities related to the movement and management of classified documents and materials within security offices.
• Managing the updating of accounting records for classified documents and the list of authorized personnel.
• Preparing and issuing internal normative documentation for the application of security and classified information protection regulations.

The activity takes place within the scope of industrial security (ex DPCM 5/2015 and subsequent modifications) at the Torino, Caselle Nord, and Caselle Sud sites, ensuring:

• Proper application of provisions regarding the protection and safeguarding of classified information.
• Security clearances management for site personnel.
• Correct application of regulations for the national and international movement of classified materials and transport organization in coordination with other units.
• Support for the management of classified tenders, contracts, and programs, in accordance with DPCM 5/11/2015 as amended by DPCM 3/2017, new PCM-ONS directives, and Leonardo's Internal Security Regulations.
