Back Office Commerciale Estero

Company: Metalworking sector company

We are seeking a Back Office Commerciale Estero for a metalworking company located near Follina. The selected candidate will be part of the sales office and will handle the following activities:

• Customer assistance
• Order entry and management
• Monitoring order status and planning deliveries
• Updating customer records in the SAP system
• Issuing credit notes
• Coordinating with accounting for invoicing and with planning for order scheduling and production tracking
• Daily processing of order records
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction by providing clear and timely information

Requirements:

• Good command of English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Previous experience in similar roles and knowledge of SAP are preferred
