A global project management firm is seeking an HSE Supervisor in Italy to implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental practices for Fast-Moving Work-over Rigs. Candidates should have at least 8 years of HSE experience in the oil and gas sector, including offshore projects. Responsibilities include supervising HSE policies, conducting risk assessments, and managing incident investigations. Recognized HSE certifications are required for this compliance-focused position, offering competitive pay and a challenging work environment.

Competenze

• Minimum 8 years of HSE experience in oil & gas or heavy industrial construction.
• At least 5 years of offshore experience, with the last 3–5 years spent on offshore projects.
• Recognized HSE certifications (NEBOSH IGC/OSHE, OSHA 30-hour, etc.) required.

Mansioni

• Supervise and enforce HSE policies at the FMWR site.
• Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments.
• Lead incident investigations and report findings to the HSE Manager.
