Job Description

For our Grid Connection and Transformers Service Unit based in Monselice / Milan we are looking for a HSE Specialist.

How you’ll make an impact
  • Develop and implement policies and practices to identify / mitigate hazardous conditions within the workplace.
  • Identify potential workplace hazards, unsafe equipment, work practices and working conditions.
  • Investigate accidents and liaise with engineers, management and health and safety regulatory authorities to identify causes of accidents and prevent their recurrence.
  • Provide advice and training on safety protocols.
  • Conduct audits and inspections on site to ensure compliance with organization and government standards related to employee health and safety and to environmental conditions.
  • Maintain and analyze records of workplace injuries, illness and absences to identify areas of concern and provide information required by regulatory agencies.
  • Conduct risk assessments.

Background & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related to HSE field.
  • Previous work experience (2-3 years) in HSE management.
