The resource will be responsible for supporting HQ HSE Management and Regional HSE Organizations on the implementation of Group HSE Policy and Programs, providing coordination and technical competence for implementing, maintaining, and developing all the strategies and measures required by HSE Policy, local regulations, group programs, and requirements.

Your Core Activities
  • Support Regional HSE Management in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HSE programs, guidelines, and management systems.
  • Plan and participate in HSE auditing activities at company and factory level.
  • Guide and coordinate country HSE Departments to ensure achievement of targets and compliance with applicable legal and corporate requirements.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and enhance existing HSE programs, supporting functions in managing non‑conformities, incidents, and corrective/preventive actions.
  • Promote the development of best practices, awareness campaigns, and proactive HSE systems in alignment with Group HSE strategy.
  • Support the evaluation of HSE‑related investments proposed by plants and contribute to the selection and performance monitoring of contractors and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing Excellence initiatives by providing HSE input to optimize production processes in a lean and sustainable way.
What We Are Looking For
  • 2–4 years' HSE experience in manufacturing industries.
  • Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related technical discipline; NEBOSH certification is a plus.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • HSE Auditor qualification.
  • Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
