Job Description:

You will join the Italy Reward team, responsible for delivering high-quality "end-to-end" support to all organizations on the Reward strategy and programs. Your responsibilities will include supporting the implementation of benefits and reward programs, managing the administrative aspects, and supporting international mobility for the entire ST population.

Profile:

  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in administration or economics

  • Problem-solving and results-oriented attitude
  • Quantitative and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Office suite, especially Excel
