Main responsibilities and accountabilities:

• Provide expert advice, guidance, and support to Managers on our company sites, focusing on the Rovereto production unit.
• Implement global HR processes and initiatives.
• Manage recruitment and workforce planning, including handling recruitment agency contracts.
• Define employment contracts and general conditions.
• Oversee training and development programs, including those funded by the government.
• Manage union relations and change management initiatives.
• Support organizational and individual development.
• Handle employee relations and address employee issues; support staff with daily requirements.
• Coordinate with the internal payroll team to provide HR inputs for payroll processing.
• Ensure all contractual and administrative requirements are fulfilled timely.
• Provide legal and regulatory advice, ensuring compliance with policies and activities.
• Maintain the accuracy of HR processes and data in HRIS Workday.
• Advocate HR programs and communicate the business values of HR initiatives.
• Implement the HR agenda aligned with the company's people strategy and core values.

Your profile

We seek a passionate HR professional, preferably with a university degree and at least 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist in a production environment with union relations.

The candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively within a matrix organization, understanding core HR processes such as recruiting, learning & development, compensation, performance management, leadership, change management, employee relations, and HR policies.

Good knowledge of the Italian labor framework is essential.

A positive attitude toward change and the ability to work autonomously while learning from others are important.

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, are required.
