to lead the financial oversight of our personnel-related activities. In this key position, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing HR costs, driving budget and forecast accuracy, and delivering insightful reporting on workforce KPIs. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to support decision-making, optimize cost efficiency, and contribute to impactful projects such as restructuring and incentive planning. Direct experience in HR Cost Controlling within HR departments, plus 2 years in Management Control in multinational companies operating in the industry or business services sector.
Strong skills in using the Office package (especially Excel and Power BI), with knowledge of Zucchetti HR Analytics and SAP Success Factor preferred.
Experience in business start-up phases and associated implementations.
Excellent relational skills for productive collaboration with external and internal clients.
Numerical analysis, problem-solving, results orientation, confidentiality, punctuality, and strong critical thinking skills.
