The role involves assisting the HR team with recruitment, employer branding, and training administration. Required skills include advanced English and Excel knowledge, effective communication, and collaboration skills. Mansioni

• Support the overall HR team with specific focus on recruitings, trainings and administration.
• Complete and revise the current wellbeing and employer branding projects.
• Collaborate with the HR Recruiter team in recruitment and employer branding activities.
• Support the implementation of the annual training plan.
• Ensure that Intern/Apprentice trainings align with labor law requirements.
• Support the Skills Matrix implementation collaborating with all Company Managers.
• Support HR Administration department.

Responsibilities:

Support the overall HR team with specific focus on recruitings, trainings and administration.

Duties:

• Complete and revise the current wellbeing and employer branding projects;
• Collaborate with the HR Recruiter team in recruitment and employer branding activities;
• Support the implementation of the annual training plan;
• Make sure that Intern/Apprentice trainings and documents are aligned with labor law requirements;
• Support the Skills Matrix implementation collaborating with all Company Managers;
• Support HR Administration department (pension found, various letters etc)
• HR reporting
