We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to support both our Corporate Functions and Retail operations, with a specific focus on our Factory Outlet Stores in the North-East region. This role is pivotal in driving strategic HR initiatives to enable business success through organizational excellence, employee engagement and inclusive practices.

Key Responsibilities
Corporate Functions
  • Act as a strategic HR partner to corporate departments (Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, General Services, supporting workforce planning, talent development and organizational design).
  • Lead performance management processes and support leadership teams in driving a high-performance culture.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, compensation reviews and internal mobility.
  • Lead employee experience projects and initiatives with a strong focus on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and cultural onboarding.
Retail – North‑East Factory Outlet Stores
  • Collaborate with the District Manager and Store Managers to support HR‑related topics and projects across the North‑East outlet network.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeisation, training coverage) to identify trends and propose solutions.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and development initiatives tailored to retail needs.
  • Facilitate employee engagement programmes and contribute to succession planning and talent pipeline development.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies, acting as a point of reference for HR‑related matters in the region.
Profile
  • Minimum 5 year experience in HR Business Partnering, ideally in both corporate and retail environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to retail locations in the North‑East.
