Una catena alberghiera internazionale nel cuore di Milano cerca un Hotel Manager per garantire un servizio clienti di eccellenza e gestire operazioni quotidiane. È richiesta un'esperienza minima di 5 anni e una laurea in gestione alberghiera. Offriamo un contratto a tempo pieno con vantaggi come corsi di lingua e buoni pasto.

Competenze

• Minimo di 5 anni di esperienza nella gestione operativa nel settore dell'ospitalità.
• Solido background in aziende internazionali di ospitalità.
• Buona conoscenza del mercato di Milano.

Your Main Duties

• Ensure the smooth running of the hotel, where all areas of the business are managed and the guest service experience is delivered to the highest levels
• Inspire and motivate team to achieve operational excellence delivering the company vision
• Meet and greet guests and VIPs, as well as regular guests, recognizing and anticipating their individual needs
• Handling of guest’s complaint
• Financial acumen, formulate budgets and prepare monthly revenue / expense forecasts
• Ensure the premises are in operative condition as per category of the unit to receive & serve the guests
• Meeting with managers of the outlets such as restaurant and bar to discuss business operations
• Supervise maintenance, suppliers, renovations and furnishings
• Ensure security is effective
• Builds and maintains effective working relationships with all key stakeholders and business partners
• Carry out inspections of property and services with consistency
• Promote and market the business

Your Profile

• BE YOURSELF

• Degree and / or diploma in hotel management or other related fields
• Minimum of 5 years operational management experience
• Solid background in international hospitality companies
• Revenue management skills with experience of budgets, P&L and forecasting
• Good background in the Milan market
• Entrepreneurs skills
• Reliable, organized and pro-active with strong communications skills
• Fluent in English and in Italian
