A multinational technology company is seeking a Health Safety & Environment Specialist for their Milan and Turin offices. The role involves managing safety systems, updating risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Ideal candidates will have a degree in engineering or a related field, fluent English skills, and at least one year of experience in health and safety management. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of previous experience in the role of ASPP.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Updating the risk assessment document.
• Managing compliance with D. Lgs. 81 / 08.
• Managing suppliers and contractors.
• Defining mandatory training.
• Managing occupational medicine.

Overview

As Health Safety & Environment Specialist you will deal with the safety management systems for Milan and Turin offices.

In particular the resource will be involved in the following activities:

• updating the risk assessment document
• managing compliance with D. Lgs. 81 / 08 with specific tools / database
• managing suppliers and contractors
• defining mandatory training
• managing occupational medicine
• managing accidents
• management of waste

Qualifications

• Education: Engineering (environment, civil safety, or equivalent) or equivalent scientific degree (chemistry, biology, etc.).
• Languages: Italian mother tongue; fluent in English (minimum B2).
• Experience and know-how: at least 1 year of previous experience in the role of ASPP (Addetto al Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione); knowledge of Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001 compliant) and environmental standard (ISO 14001).
• Personality: Team player and able to work collaboratively with all internal stakeholders and external partners.
