Overview

We’re looking for an Head of Marketing Communications Operations to join our team.

He / she is a strategic leadership role focused on developing and executing comprehensive marketing communication plans to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and achieve business objectives. This role oversees all aspects of marketing communications, including internal and external communications, public relations, and crisis management, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Responsibilities
  • Leading and mentoring all the marketing dept. providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to help the team achieve objectives and deliver campaigns on time and to budget.
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing communication strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels ATL, BTL, digital and social etc.
  • Leading the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive awareness and engagement.
  • Overseeing the marketing communications budget and ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Tracking and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing communication efforts.
  • Cooperating with other departments to connect the above-mentioned strategy with the overall company goals and objectives;
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders, including senior management, sales teams, and external partners.
  • Driving innovation and continuous improvement within the BI DATA team to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, optimize performance, and make informed decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong Knowledge of marketing trends and best practices.
  • Proven experiences in marketing communications, preferably in a leadership role
  • Experience owning marketing budgets and demonstrating clear ROI
  • Experience working closely with technical teams (BI DATA Team) and understanding of AI, HPC, etc.
  • Comfortable working with cross-cultural teams and adapting marketing strategies for different international markets.
  • Strong ability to analyze marketing metrics and translate data into actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Ability to think creatively and drive innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High proficiency in English
