Overview

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, main responsibilities will be: Develop and lead the company's business mission. Spot new fundraising opportunities. Plan fundraising initiatives to help the organization meet financial goals. Build investor relations channels to strategic, value-added or financial investors. Direct the positioning of the company’s financial reporting activities, including quarterly statements, and shareholder materials. Manage quarterly conference calls. Serve as an advisor and strategic resource to the CFO, COO, and other senior leaders on issues involving the public distribution of financial, strategic and other material disclosures. Our Client is a Global Tech Company expanding their operations in the payment industry. We are looking for a Head of Fundraising.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead fundraising initiatives to help the organization meet financial goals.
• Spot new fundraising opportunities and plan associated activities.
• Build and manage relationships with external stakeholders, including the equity research and investor community.
• Direct the positioning of financial reporting activities, including quarterly statements and shareholder materials.
• Manage quarterly conference calls.
• Advise CFO, COO and other senior leaders on issues involving public distribution of financial, strategic and other material disclosures.
