Job Description

We are now seeking Armed Security Guard (Guardie Particolari Giurate) to support security operations within a major multinational operating in the financial & mass media sector, ensuring the protection of people, assets, information and critical environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong security presence and ensure the safety of people, assets and restricted areas
• Manage access control, visitor credentialing and FOH interactions
• Perform X‑Ray screening operations for luggage and personal items (where applicable)
• Monitor, detect and escape suspicious behaviour following internal SOPs
• Respond to alarms, incidents and emergencies in line with safety & life‑systems procedures
• Maintain site presentation standards and report deficiencies to relevant departments
• Provide operational support for events, projects and special programmes
• Collaborate closely with colleagues, client staff and control‑room teams
• Deliver professional, high‑level customer service as the first point of contact for visitors and employees

Preferred: familiarity with CCTV monitoring and Access Control Systems

Requirements

• Italian or EU citizenship – minimum age 18
• Valid GPG Licence + Firearm Licence
• Clear criminal record
• Fluent English & confident MS Office user
• First Aid / AED / Fire Safety (Fire Warden) certifications
• Previous experience in security, law‑enforcement or military (advantageous)
• Reliable, observant, calm under pressure and highly professional
