Position Summary The Growth Manager is a critical role designed to accelerate our ambitious growth objectives within the Italian market. This dynamic position requires an entrepreneurial mindset and the agility to adapt strategies in response to evolving market conditions. You will be at the forefront of driving sustainable growth in a highly competitive environment, with clear visibility of your impact on business performance.

This is a unique opportunity to shape and influence strategic growth initiatives while working across territories, regions and brands. Success in this role will require a blend of strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and strong commercial execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with high-potential growth opportunities, including clinician groups, institutions, and key stakeholders.
  • Lead the development and oversee the execution of tailored growth strategies to be implemented by Territory Managers (TMs), ensuring alignment with broader organisational goals.
  • For smaller accounts, co‑create strategic growth plans with selected customers where coordination is required across multiple sites.
