Overview

Responsibilities
  • Master your toolkit. Work across diverse tech stacks, refining your toolkit from monolithic to microservices, gRPC to REST, Kubernetes to Docker, Python to Rust and showing that true expertise is about understanding the purpose of tools to unleash their full potential.
  • Build stuff that matters. Own your work from ideation to execution, building software from the ground up and witnessing how your code evolves into a product used at scale.
  • Simplify relentlessly. Turn complexity into simplicity by optimizing CI/CD pipelines, writing maintainable code and crafting minimalist architectures, powering scalable, future‑proof solutions.
Qualifications
  • Reasoning ability. Solve complex problems using first principles, structuring ideas sharply and resisting biases while caring about the details that matter.
  • Drive. Be extremely ambitious and match initiative, effort and tenacity with a high bar for responsibility.
  • Team spirit. Give generously, support the best idea, be reliable, honest and transparent, and get hands dirty to help teammates.
  • Proficiency in English. Read, write and speak English fluently.

Commitment & Contract
